In this survey, you are asked about how you behave around others.
This survey can be used to explore relationships between conformity and variables like mental health, food choices, or pro-environmental behaviors. Past research suggests that adolescents who reported more loneliness also reported conforming more (Mehrabian et al., 1995).

Measures tendency to conform
The score is determined by averaging the scores of the 11 questions. The Likert scale ranges from 1 ("very strong disagreement") to 9 ("very strong agreement"), so the average of the scores will also range from 1-9. If an item is reverse-scored (denoted with an R after the question number), the score is subtracted from 10. Specifically, if a question is reverse-scored, and the participant responds "very strong disagreement", then this question will be scored as a 9 rather than 1.
This is a Likert scale survey.
