Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES)

What is your current self-esteem level?

The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) is a commonly used psychological tool for measuring an individual's self-esteem. The scale consists of ten statements, some positively phrased and others negatively phrased. Respondents rate their level of agreement on a four-point scale (Strongly agree, agree, disagree, Strongly disagree). The scores are tallied to provide an overall measure of self-esteem. The RSES can be particularly useful in clinical settings for assessing self-esteem levels and monitoring treatment progress. It is also used in research studies to investigate the relationship between self-esteem and psychological, biological, and environmental factors.
